A thick and delicious, not too sweet frosting.
Makes enough to frost a single layer cake or 12 -18 cupcakes.
Peanut Butter Frosting
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Shortening
1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
2 cups Icing Sugar
3 tbsp Non-Dairy Milk (as needed)
Beat the margarine and shortening together. Beat in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
Sift the icing sugar, and beat into the peanut butter mixture until fluffy, adding milk if necessary.
